Returns
We guarantee to exchange any item you are not completely satisfied with when you return it to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. If you want to exchange an item you need to pay the shipping costs for the item you want to exchange as as well as for the item you want in return. Beautybird does not give refunds.
